Syrah grapes, organic farming, hand picked in september, in small 15 kg crates, spontaneous alcohol fermentation in stainless steel vask, no added yeast and control of temperature.
15 days of contact with the peels, daily remontages.
Malolactic fermentation in second passage french oak barriques 2000 bottles from August 2022. Strong rubin red colour with violet tones, wide nose, full, concentrated dark fruit and Asian spices, shadings of minerality. The palate is full, where Mediterranean warmth meets soft tannings and fruits, neverending final of sweetness.
