15 days of contact with the peels, daily remontage. After assemblage, malolactic fermentation and aging for 18 months in steel vask.

It was bottled in July 2022 and its beautiful drinkability is underlined by a red rubin colour, mature red fruits flavours, full body without aggressive approach, driving to a final of balanced acidity.
