Produced from organic Ciliegiolo grapes, manually harvested, this wine, with its cheerful and vibrant color that evokes a summer table, is obtained through the direct pressing of freshly destemmed clusters and a completely spontaneous fermentation.

Great simplicity in the winemaking process, minimal human intervention, allowing the Ciliegiolo grape to express its full aromatic range of marasca cherries and red fruits on our nose, while the palate is immersed in the strict sobriety and unmistakable Tuscan character of this magnificent grape variety.

Perfect for accompanying appetizers, cold cuts, and Cacciucco (a traditional Tuscan fish stew).
