Tiratardi IGT Toscana Rosato

Sangiovese, Syrah and Ciliegiolo grapes, organic farming, the result of a fairly early manual harvest to ensure acidity and low alcohol content, this wine with an “impalpable” color gives us savory roundness and delicate aromas. Much of this wine is obtained from the direct pressing of whole bunches and spontaneous fermentation.

It is also aged on fine lees for four months.

The nose is fine, with prevailing notes of rose, raspberry and above all melon. It is the wine of summer and of beautiful sunny days.

Suitable to accompany fragrant cured meats and fish and shellfish dishes.

Serve at 10/11°.
