Albachiara IGT Toscana Vermentino
Tuscany Coast, the chosen land of Vermentino, a
globetrotting grape variety. Here, on less than one eastfacing
hectare, it manages to express, just as I want my
wines to do, a strong and precise personality, rich in aromas
and flavor. Vintage after vintage, always the same yet always
different. Fermented in stainless steel, with absolutely
nothing added, to achieve a smooth and balanced sip, never
predictable.
Albachiara is pure Vermentino from the very start — with its
faint greenish reflections, aromas of fruit and aromatic herbs
on the nose, and a finish of almond and persistence.
Always perfect with fish.
